Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (such as sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your items to you quickly.

We currently only ship within the UK.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at pebbleschildrenswear@outlook.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.
Pebble Childrenswear is not responsible for delays caused by postal service disruptions, incorrect delivery addresses, or customs processing times.
